Not happy?

While we hope that you love your order, if you would like to return it we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

1. Ensure items are being returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Email to be issued with a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number - we must receive this email within the 14-day return period or we will be unable to accept your refund).
3. Once you have your RMA number, include this in your return form (found in every order or available to download here).
4. Send the clothes and return form to the following address: Customer Care, Luxe + Hardy, 114 Tranmere Road, London, SW18 3QT
5. You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. (Shipping charges cannot be refunded).
