Final sale items
Customers can’t request returns for products set as final sale. All Items that are sold after 15 November (apart from the cushions) cannot be returned.
While we hope that you love your order, if you would like to return it we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.

How do I get a refund or exchange?
1. Ensure items are being returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Email hello@luxeandhardy.com - we must receive this email within the 14-day return period or we will be unable to accept your refund.
3. Include your return form with the items (found in every order or available to download here).
4. Send the clothes and return form to the address we provide.
5. You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. (Shipping charges cannot be refunded).
